right_paw Posted May 25, 2004 Share Posted May 25, 2004 when xp first boots it asks you if it can improve the video settings, can someone point me in the direction of a tweak that will prevent this. i have already specified the size i want the desktop and this question by xp requires mouse clicks which defeats the purpose of an unatended install Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
MCT Posted May 25, 2004 Share Posted May 25, 2004 hey lone, are u by chance using something like "VmWare" or "Virtual PC" ?they will do that, because they have problems with your video card , 2 resolve this issue, install the "Windows.iso" file inside the vmware programs folder,if u arent using vmware/virtual pc, u could try updating drivers for your video card?hope this helps, good luck Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
