koden Posted May 18, 2004 Posted May 18, 2004 I have made my unattended CD now, but I can't get this 3 on my pc.After the inst. and running win update this tree are missing (and the two from hotfixes.cmd).KB831167KB840374814078All the other hotfixes are there.I have also a problem with the 2 hotfixes in my hotfixes.cmd.But I have another tread with that problem.here is my svcpack:[Version] Signature="$Windows NT$"MajorVersion=5MinorVersion=1BuildNumber=2600[setupData]CatalogSubDir="\i386\Update"[ProductCatalogsToInstall][setupHotfixesToRun]Q819696.exe /Q /O /N /ZKB823182.exe /Q /O /N /ZKB824105.exe /Q /O /N /ZKB824141.exe /Q /O /N /ZKB825119.exe /Q /O /N /ZKB826939.exe /Q /O /N /ZQ828026.exe /Q /O /N /ZKB828035.exe /Q /O /N /ZKB828741.exe /Q /O /N /ZQ831167.exe /Q:A /R:NQ832894.exe /Q:A /R:NKB833330.exe /Q /O /N /ZKB835732.exe /Q /O /N /ZKB837001.exe /Q /O /N /ZKB837009.exe /Q:A /R:NKB840374.exe /Q /O /N /ZKB841720.exe /Q:A /R:Njs56nda.exe /Q:A /R:NALCXWDM.exe /Q:A /R:Nvbs56nda.exe /Q:A /R:Nqchain.exeMy files in the update folder match those above exactly, but the files are in the update folder in no specific order.The are just there.....
[BM]Crusher Posted May 18, 2004 Posted May 18, 2004 you should have them in numerical order, but it doesn't really matter (as long as you run qchain.exe it makes sure all the correct versions are installed no matter how many service packs or which order they are installed in)
[BM]Crusher Posted May 18, 2004 Posted May 18, 2004 some of the hotfixes cannot be installed from svcpack.inf (have a look at the Windows XP Hotfixes thread)
koden Posted May 18, 2004 Author Posted May 18, 2004 Okay. But this 3 hotfixes is not the ones that can't be installed from svcpack.inf
