koden Posted May 17, 2004 Posted May 17, 2004 1. In the installation it says" can't copy file agentanm.dll"I just skip that and it goes on installing.2. When I'm finished it says that it can't fin C:\install\hotfixes\hotfixes.cmdIs that why my path is C:\WINXP\XPCD\$OEM$\$1\Install\hotfixes ???Do I just have to put this path %systemdrive%\WINXP\install\ in my sif file under this point [GuiRunOnce]%systemdrive%\install\hotfixes\hotfixes.cmd3. I would like to install one of the driver MS recomends in winupdate. But when I get this update down, it's a winzip file.Where do i put this? Not in my update folder or what? Thanks
RyanVM Posted May 17, 2004 Posted May 17, 2004 Extract them from the zip file and follow the directions here:http://unattended.msfn.org/xp/drivers.htm
nuhi Posted May 17, 2004 Posted May 17, 2004 1. Remove the line containing agentanm.dll in those two files:DOSNET.INF and TXTSETUP.SIF in i386 dir until you find out why2. Look here3. Depends, what's your root of a cd, C:\WINXP\ or C:\WINXP\XPCD\ ?I keep mine in$OEM$\$$\Temp\Updates\updates.cmdAnd winnt.sif line looks like this[GuiRunOnce] %SystemRoot%\Temp\Updates\updates.cmdedit: RyanVM takes the first place
koden Posted May 17, 2004 Author Posted May 17, 2004 Thanks... I will try this :-)1. But point 3 i'm not suremy files (i386 and so) are in this root:C:\WINXP\XPCD\I386Is this then the right path? :[GuiRunOnce]%systemdrive%\WINXP\XPCD\install\hotfixes\hotfixes.cmd2. The sasser update comes up with af boks "no viruses found"I have to click ok.How do i skip this ok boks, so my inst. won't stop there ??Thanks
