z1ggz Posted May 15, 2004 Share Posted May 15, 2004 Sorry if this has been addressed, I have done a search but cant find the answerI have alcohol 120% installing in winxp from a batch fileECHO.ECHO Installing Alcohol 120 vECHO Please wait...start /wait %systemdrive%\install\Applications\alcohol 120\setup.exe /qnWhich works, then a reg file to register it afterECHO.ECHO Reigistering alcohol 120....REGEDIT /S %systemdrive%\Applications\alcohol 120\asoft.regReg file looks like this Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Alcohol Soft\Alcohol 120%\Info]"UserName"="ziggy""Company"="""SerialNo"="xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"The program installs, reg file gets imported, but when i reboot i get the "this is a trial version" and have to run the reg file agin to get it registerd, Anyone see any thing i'm missing? This is driving me nuts... as far as i know it should work, alcohol seems to wanna reboot which is were the problem might be. If i import the reg file after it reboots, everything works.
