Monitor Installation or file changes

I am trying to find out which files are not needed in my installation of Office so i can strip down Outlook... etc......... I have created a Admin INstall Point on my HD. Is there any program that could monitor which files in the folder where being touched or copied during the installation?

yeah well you could use a program like Symantec AI snapshot or whatever other program you like...they basically do the same thing they make a snapshot of the HDD current condition and then when you have installed the chosen program it automatically sees what have changed on the drive and then you can create a install package from it. check the this page for more info : http://unattended.msfn.org/xp/applications.htm
