Ok so I've got an 80gig SATA HD and a 40gig HD, I want to put XP Pro Corp on both hard drives and have a selection which 1 to boot to. (one for parents one for me). Anyone got any ideas? I already tried this in my boot.ini :

default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS

[operating systems]

to no avail.

Any ideas people?

I am not sure if you have installed WXP at those two locations. If you have done that then the last entry in boot.ini should be as follows:

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Mum & Dad" /fastdetect
