Sausage_dog
I have a minor issue with my unattended xp cd. It does everything ok and all but it adds my username to a limited user group and not the admin group. Can someone please help me and tell me what is wrong!!!! Alanoll
lets....First: Use a more descriptive title. It's in the rules, and annoucements.http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=18408Second: Post the files that deal with adding the user to begin with. Can't tell you where you are wrong if don't tell show use what you have to begin with.

sleepnmojo
Check to see if the commands complete successfully.Make sure the name of your computer is not Michael. As this will stop your net localgroup command from working properly.
Alanoll
well, the User is created....that's a starttry that net localgroup Administrators Michael /addcommand on the system and see if it works. Since you're from Australia Administrators shouldn't be spelled differently, but it could be. Make sure that's how Administrators is spelt on your version of XP that you're installing. It looks right. In fact it looks like you copied straight from the site (atleast you looked at the site )
