FTP Error with Internet Explorer

HI Guys!

I got another problem with XP

everytime i try to enter into an ftp website with iexplorer i get this exception and i have no choice to go on

please have a look to the attached file below:

if someone have an idea how to fix that please post (i got all the hotfixes installed )

extract and re-register msieftp.dll

disable 3rd party plugins in inet options > advanced, run sfc /scannow, and make a new profile.
