How to disable automaticly the ireland wallpaper (only a blue background) ?

I want to keep the Luna XP theme.

Display Properties/Desktop Choose None for wallpaper, then resave your theme.

Or edit the theme file manually and Change this:

[Control Panel\Desktop]Wallpaper=%WinDir%web\wallpaper\Bliss.bmpWallpaper.MUI=@themeui.dll,-2036TileWallpaper=0WallpaperStyle=2

To this:

[Control Panel\Desktop]Wallpaper=TileWallpaper=0WallpaperStyle=2

Ok now one thing i wanted to clear out was that, the wallpaper entry..

Wallpaper=%WinDir%web\wallpaper\Bliss.bmp

isnt the %windir% supposed to be followed by a slash "\" ?? or is it like that ? cuz i'm including the slash and it dosent work..

And pls can anyone tell me how to set a wallapaper as default ? reg method and .theme method please..

my wallpaper is in %windir%\Web\wallpaper\matrix.jpg

It is followed by a normal slash: /

So e.g. %windir%/Web/wallpaper/matrix.jpg

Jazz, my friend, these wallpaper questions have been answered many different ways and many different times. See for yourself by doing a search for wallpaper and set "Search posts from....." to Any date and you'll see what I mean.

In a .theme file the "\" doesn't matter after the variable. It works with or without it. Here is one of many threads:

And as long as this line is in your .theme file, Bliss.bmp will always be used no matter what wallpaper you specify.

Wallpaper.MUI=@themeui.dll,-2036

So remove it or comment it out with a semi-colon (";").
