After installing StartAllBack (v3.9.16) on Windows 11, I’ve encountered several issues related to input and window behavior:

1.Snipping Tool not working properly — When using Win + Shift + S, the screen dims or turns black, but no rectangular selection can be made. The snip simply fails.

2.Unable to drag small windows — System dialogs such as “Save As”, “Properties”, or “Settings” cannot be moved by dragging their title bars. They stay stuck in place until StartAllBack is uninstalled or its DWM hook is disabled.

3.Unable to click and drag to scroll or select content — After StartAllBack is loaded, I can’t hold the left mouse button and drag to scroll within windows, move the scrollbar, or select text/objects. The drag action doesn’t respond at all.
