Sound Source Selection Icon in Windows 11 (StartAllBack 3.9.5)

Problem Description
When I select (1) "Taskbar Icons" from the settings and then choose (2) "Sound Icon," I get (3) the icon on the taskbar.
However, I would like to have (4) the options available right away.
Furthermore, icons (5)(6)(7)(8) stop appearing.
Additionally, (8) displays the same options as (3). However, there is no way to display the (4) icon on the taskbar.
