I'm Going to have my computer dual boot Windows XP and Windows 7. Windows 7 works great on this system but I'm not sure if XP will be all that great.

Specs:

System: Dell Optiplex 9020

CPU: i7-4770

HDD:256gb SSD

RAM: 8gb DDR3

Windows XP just might be able to tolerate the specs with a few drivers, I just don't know which.

Probably, he uses the onboard solution? Though I'm not sure how, since XP drivers for Haswell are very problematic or non existent at ll.

His post is neither useless, nor senseless. Learn to look for before you write your senseless posts :boring:

It's been confirmed by reputable members of MSFN that those don't work.

"Edit: After a while (5-8hours) if the PC is not used, the mouse works but I can't open anything that was minimized in the taskbar. I have to restart the PC to get it working again. Did you see this kind of  behaviour?

I'm using 32bit XP."
