so i want to make a custom version of windows xp and want to make my own theme as a casual msstyles theme like luna so can someone make this and jhow do i import a customm made theme?

btw this was just for a attempt to make a kinda more modern type of os with windows xp but some of the branding is left like in setup it still says windows xp professional idk how to change those parts
