Styles not showing up

I have a couple of msstyles files in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\StartIsBack\Styles and they don't show up in "Appearance". I only have the default ones. I have set the regedit entry to NoStyleCache to 1, to no avail.

Solved. I was copying it in the wrong location. In my case, I should have copied the files to C:\Program Files (x86)\StartIsBack
