Could not replace the original Setup.exe

I am trying to make a usb stick to boot win XP. I first used RMprepUSB with these settings

1.  partition size- max
2.  volume label-GRTMPVOL_EN
3.  bootloader options - XP/bartPE bootable
4. filesystem and overrides - NTFS boot as HDD

it prepared the drive succesfully

then i went back to the main menu of WinSetup from USB and at add to usb disk i checked the option for windows 2000/XP/2003 and selected the files from the ISO i have. I clicked go and shortly after i got this error (screenshot on link)
