[Bug] StartAllBack v3.7.8 Dark Mode Black Text on HDR

The text on the tabs along the top of the File Explorer properties menu remains black when in Dark Mode if HDR is enabled. I see a similar issue was previously fixed in an older version on another topic on here. I tried that version and it was still broken on my end. Likely a Windows update changed something.
