Bug: Submenus are not drawed correctly [StartAllBack 3.7.3]

Not sure if it is the same issue, but I had to reinstall OS, and after finishing all the config and getting updated StartAllBack (v. 3.7.3), all the menus within the start menu looks like on the screenshot below.

I noticed that this colour changes when changing the Windows accent colour, but I was unable to make it simply black as before.

Any idea?

This works for me in the start menu without any problems.
However, I cannot expand the standard entries "Settings", etc.. But I have never used them there either ;-)

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
