Right side items better customization (Start All Back)

As someone who used open shell for years, I am absolutely in love with start all back. So clean and easy to use. The only feature still missing is the ability to rearrange the items in the right side menu and decide where the dividers should go.

Yeah, you can add custom folders, but it would be nice to be able to move, for instance, the control panel to the top, or the user files toward the bottom, and even mingle them in between custom added folders and items. I also noticed that the dividers are automatically placed between the custom items and the non custom ones. It would be great if we could also choose where those dividers go instead so that we could arrange the right side start menu however we like.
