WinCare Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 https://github.com/cinit/WSAPatch There are two methods to run Windows Subsystem for Android ( WSA ) for Windows 10. In this first method, WSAPatch involves installing running Windows 10 22H2 or later, enabling the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), grabbing a Windows 11 DLL file, downloading and modifying the WSA installer, and then building (or downloading) and applying a patch to WSA before running it. Next method, described by xda-developers forum member ga11ga11, also requires enabling WSL, but this time you grab a pre-rooted version of WSA from WSABuilds that has the Amazon Appstore removed and Google Play Store enabled, install specific components, extract a folder, and run a few commands to install and enable WSA. Make sure your system is running Windows 10 22H2 or above.
WinCare Posted February 7, 2023 Author Posted February 7, 2023 And the features coming from Windows 12 will avail on Windows 10 soon. Gotta love Windows 10. ❤ If you hate Windows 11 or Windows 12, Windows 10 is there to help you. Windows 12 will be released soon and I hope you love it.
WinCare Posted February 8, 2023 Author Posted February 8, 2023 If this link does not work, link from me will be sent, but after February 23rd, due to exams going on till February 22nd.
Sergiaws Posted February 9, 2023 Posted February 9, 2023 Someone tried this method? If this works then I have one less reason to virtualize Windows 11! This also could have a good thin, WSL is not turned on al the time while WSA is. WSA used to eat a lot of battery in Windows 11.
