Can't select 'All Programs' from Start Menu

Featured Replies

Running Windows 11 Home - Version 21H2 (Build 22000.1335) w/ StartAllBack 3.5.6

Installed StartAllBack with Admin privileges + Enabled for all users.

When I open the start menu, I can highlight/select and click the icons on the right - documents, pictures, music... but when I hover my mouse cursor over the 'All Programs' section on the left, nothing is highlighted. Nothing happens when I left mouse-click.

If I right mouse click, I can: 'open', 'open all users', 'display as a menu', 'properties'.

If I click on 'open all users' it opens C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu.

I've tried rebooting PC, selecting different options in the StartAllBack configuration menu.. nothing seems to make the 'All Programs' menu function.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance,
