How do I get Windows Vista working on an MSI Z390-A PRO motherboard?

Sort of like my old post about getting Windows 7 running on my PC, but I want Windows Vista to work on my modern hardware.

 

Specs:

MSI Z390-A PRO

INTEL I5 8600K

NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 980TI

16GB 3600 MHZ DDR4 RAM
