I don’t think you can unfortunately. You need to boot into a Windows 10 CD/PE and use it there. You can also use 3rd party tools, such as AEOMI Partition Assistant, which can not only convert MBR to GPT, but vice versa as well, and even convert NTFS drives that are 32GB+ to FAT32.
