StartAllBack 3.2.1 (Windows 11) - Multi-Monitor Problem

Hi, I have my taskbar setup on the my 2nd monitor with secondary taskbars disabled. There is a gap for a taskbar below all maximized windows on my primary monitor every time I start my computer. I can manually fix the problem by dragging the taskbar to the main display and back to the 2nd display. Do I have something configured incorrectly or is this a bug?
