startisback is running twice on the same machine

It seems like I have startisback running twice on my machine
This makes the taskbar impossible to change and sometimes I got 2 orbs on top of each other (I can get it fixed by changing the orb to something else and then changing back).

I probably installed startisback multiple times in the past.
The probable cause is me disabling startisback, then enabling it twice:

1. via control panel and unchecking disable for current user
2. by searching startisback and unchecking disable for current user


Please help me fix this annoying issue.
