OldSSL proxy server for outdated operating systems like Windows XP

Featured Replies

Bumbed into this last night and just wanted to share....

https://hub.docker.com/r/valdikss/oldssl-proxy

Tested it on Debian 10 and worked as described and easy to setup.

Would be nice to be able to run this on a Rpi but I could only find a x86/x64 Docker image. But setting up the Squid proxy + SSL directly on the Rpi is an option of course.

Anyone else tested/using this?

First time when saw that but seems interesting. Wonder how it differs from proxhttpsproxy and if it triggers cert errors?

Have been running it since I found it and have not seen any cert errors when using it with Outlook 2K to get TLS 1.3 support.
