Running latest Windows 10 Pro x64 (20H2) and trying to install latest 2.9.9 StartIsBack.... the installer crashes every time when I click Next

This is literally a brand new install of Win10 Pro, so no other programs/drivers, etc. have been installed yet (to cause any potential conflicts)

The only changes I made were to install all the latest Windows updates.
