I've been a user for over a year & a half, never an issue. Now I update to latest version, it fails, so I uninstalled & reinstalled with download from website, and it's saying all activation's are used. This was for a lifetime for the computers purchased for, and this was just an upgrade, not a new install, but maybe it's seeing it as a new install since I had to uninstall it to get it to work? See attached. One is from activation email I just got after trying to get a status...
