Outlook 2003 and annoying "allow access.."

I use Outlook 2003 and sync it with my mobile phone (Sony Ericsson T610). I use XTNDConnect to sync.

Everytime i sync i get an annoying message from Outlook asking me if i waant to allow access, and for how long.

How can i get rid of this message?
