i was wondering if there is a way to remove the grey border area that is present in the upper portion of the "Settings" window of windows 10, it lists local account with a sign in text, and windows update text to the right and when it was last checked. i'm not sure if this is a new feature of version 20H2, as that's the version i just installed, but when i was using version 2004, it didn't have this grey area with those options, and i'd rather have it in the layout it was before.
