License activation - key not valid

Hello,

I've bought a licence key from SIB+, and was trying to activate it.

Everytime, it's just saying me that the licence is invalid.
But still, on the website, when I try to resend the email, it's working
(mean, I got the email, the licence, and it's saying I still got 1 activation left, and 0 used)

What may I try to solve this issue?
