Not enough virtual memory window while pagefile is disabled and logon in Windows 2000

What to do? Ram is 4gb (3gb available).

Windows 2000 must run with a page file. XP doesn't need one though.

In my case, I found that setting a min size of 20 MB and a max size of 60 MB works very well. In some edge cases I had to change the max to 100 MB though.
