I believe it's due to my external hard drives being accessed but StartIsBack takes around 4 seconds to open if I haven't opened it in a while. I have no idea why it would be accessing my external hard drives, but I hear one spin up when I press the windows key. Anyone have any ideas on how to make it load in a reasonable amount of time? Thanks.
