Missing framedyn.dll - what's the cause?

Hey folks,

currently my Unatt. XPCD doesn't work as it should because of any particular reason i have problems with framedyn.dll not to be copied over in setup. I used some of jdeboeck's remove-batches but the file is still linked in txtsetup.sif and dosnet.inf so there should be no problem.

After the installation the file resides in the dllcache-folder but not in it's original place system32\wbem.

My current workaround is to copy the file from dllcache to wbem in GUIRunOnce before apps are installed but that isn't the kind of resolving a problem i prefer.

So what can be the real cause for this issue?
