Network File and Flder Sharing-unable to share

The Share button is greyed on the Local Disk (C:) Properties
I enabled everything in the Network and Sharing Center-Advanced sharing settings
I also can't connect remotley, in my home, with Remote Desktop
There is only one account with administrator previledges and no password
I can't find the Remote Desktop settings, i don't know where they should be
