Any advice for securing a Windows 10 machine you use as an Internet-facing server?

I've got a Windows 10 PC acting as an email and an IIS web server connected to a public domain name.

What are some good security measures to employ for the front-facing stuff so no one can dig around on the back end?

Honestly, if you need to stick with Windows, you might just want to consider Windows Server.
