Hello,

Thanks for the development on Aero Glass for Windows 8+.  I am running Windows Server 2016 Standard v14393.2665 and I donated to the project.  If I do not provide a donation.key Aero Glass will complain about the debug symbols (to be expected) but then will be able to inject itself anyways.  If I give it the donation.key it will download symbols then try start itself 3 times then fails and leaves a mini dump.

 

I can attach the minidump (about 256mb), but in the mean time here is the log

Otherwise, the utility works great.  I hope to get it working on Server 2016.  I use this as my main OS.  Just requires a few group policy changes and changing RAM allocation for foreground applications and windows audio.  Best of all, no store app crap.

Bump, @bigmusclehoping to get some feedback on this and willing to provide any additional verbose logging that you may need.  Really interested in getting this working on Server 2016.

OK, the problem is that you need 1.5.3 as Server 2016 identifies as 10.0.14393 according to SystemInfo.  Hope there can be an update to have the two themes to choose from or is there a way I can use the newer 1.5.10 themes?

Figured it all out with the AeroGlassUI tool and the UXTheme AppInitDLL.  Great stuff, finally don't have to see solid colours any more.  Thanks for the hard work @bigmuscleand to everyone out there making the themes!
