Missing Run as Admin on Right Context Menu

Hi Guys 

I run Win 10 Pro 64 on 3 Pc's I have SIB running on all of them But my main PC I have missing Run as Admin in the right context menu when I click on the application on the taskbar. But on my other Pcs, it shows up?
