Disabling the most annoying thing

How do I disable this screen:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 

;Disables "Browse web for program" to open unknown extension. "Open With..." becomes default

Copy and paste into notepad, save as anything.reg and execute.

Not Auto but if you right click an unknown give's you option of Open with Wordpad
