I cant start Task manager - its windows couldnt be closed.

When im tring to start Task manager im getting MMC has detected an error window, after that im getting this:

I have tried delete all Spybot task but its still here.

Window even could be closed.

This computer, manager, task manager is working, afer some Spybot task error.
