64-bit, not sure which file to download

Hi, my PC's  Win 7 64-bit, wanna update to SP1, then simplix.

CPU -Intel Core i5 3320M 2.60GHz 64-bit

Can sum1 tell me which file do I need to download from MS DL Center?
