Start is back 1.3.3 Showing updates on Shutdown

I have figured out how to fix it!... properties on the sib. click on start menu. at the bottom of the page there is "power button default action". Click on it and select your default action. And that should sort it for you.

I think it got stuck and selects the "update icon" as a default as a bug.... hopefully you should be fixed....
