How do I verify SP4 installed?

My question may seem superfluous, but the only clue I find that SP4 may be installed is the size of the Windows folder, 3.86GB.

And updates have been made as late as today (I installed yesterday).

But looking for installed programs from control panel or system details, I find nothing.

I am puzzled.

Start - Right click on My computer , settings 

if you can see Windows version is 2014 is installed
