Sysprep Image with NetFramework

If I enable/install netframework in Windows 7, and then execute sysprep, will it be active when I install the image? Or must I enable it again through the Prgrams and features applet?

Not sure about enabling, but I have used the full offline redist in Win7 images before without a problem.
