phaolo
Hi, can Office 365 read old files? I've tried opening .xls, .doc, .rtf, but they're all grey or they cause a compatibility error popup. Only new formats like .xlsx, .docx seem to work! Do you know if there's an option, patch, or converter somewhere? (for both Mac and Win possibly)

(for both Mac and Win possibly) When opening Office 97-2003 files in Microsoft Office ≥Office 2007, you should see a Compatibility Mode title when the file opens. This is normal. All versions of Office from 2007 on are backward compatible and should be able to open Office 97-2003 files. If you cannot open these files in Office 365, you have a problem.
