Nvidia Control Panel Wont Open with Modified Drivers(Nvidia 750m)

Hi guys,im using modified drivers for vista and my gfx is nvidia 750m,though,my nvidia control panel wont open and when i check in device manager it shows the device to be working perfectly.

Any Fix for this?Please Help
