Unknown entry at Windows device manager

Okay, I just reinstalled my Notebook (Acer Travelmate 801), but after installing every driver I could possibly find I still have an unknown entry.

One problem is that I am using a german Windows XP and I don't know what the entry's name would be in english, but the literal translation would be "basic system device" (in german: Basissystemgerät).

Getting a little help from a close friend of mine named google ;-) I found out that I need to reinstall the chipset driver which is kind of odd as I only installed it like a trillion times.

I am completely lost here, is there anyone who could help me?

Nevermind, I solved the problem. My Smartcard Reader needed a different driver version!
