mike13
I originally had Windows 10 Home installed on my test computer, but there must have been a lot of garbage there, because the space used was over 40 Gig even after cleanup of system files. I had made a DVD with Windows 10 on it previously, so I loaded it into the DVD reader, chose Custom install, and Formatted the "C" Drive. Everything went well with the install, however I now have Windows 10 Pro, and it shows NOT ACTIVATED. How did that happen, and how can I fix it ? Thanks, Mike
netbookdelgob
I think your license is only for Windows 10 Home, so cant activate windows 10 pro on that machine.
mike13
Update...I realized I downloaded and burnt the wrong version of Windows 10. The first time I went there, I did not see there was a drop down menu to choose Home, Pro etc. I will now download the HOME version and try again.
