Can't change caption color for explorer

Hi all, I have a black title bar so I want to set the caption color to be white. I tried and it works for normal apps, e.g. notepad, msword... but doesnt work for explorer e.g. mycomputer, mydocuments... thus I end up having black caption on black title bar which almost cant be seen. Anyone please help. Thank you.
