IE10 and autoplay videos

I can not disable the autoplay videos on IE 10! There is not a way?

ActiveX Filtering seems to be the official way. From its description, it will block the loading of anything loaded by an ActiveX control... which technically will disable autoplay of videos. You'll have to try it out and see if it is what you are looking for.
