As you may see I've tried to save it on several drives (1 internal, 1 external), I've tried changing permissions on the file and I've attempted fewer drivers.

ordenflesk, thx for the report. Export have been changed and upgraded in the next version so this may have been fixed already.

Please try the next version when it's out in a few days (post build 2420) and let me know if it's not fixed.
